Khang Le & his wife Loan Nguyen is a CEO of LCK Properties LLC, and Land Of Wisdom LLC. LCK Properties LLC is a Real Estate Investment company, where they buy, fix and flip properties all around Whatcom, Skagit and Snohomish County. Land Of Wisdom LLC is a their Buy and Hold Investment Company. They started these two companies at the age of 27. Khang Le was born in Vietnam in 1984. He grew up in a poor lower-class family and had no formal education in Vietnam. He came to America when he was about 10 and dropped out of high school and met his wife at the age of 18. While the majority of people at that age spend their time partying or trying to get their college degree, they decided to spend their time and energy on building their future--a future of financial freedom. So they decided to sacrifice short-term comforts for long-term gains. They were living in a 12X12 shack behind his wife mom's trailer in a mobile home park. They got into real estate investing at the age of 28 and became millionaires by 32. "Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won't, so that you can spend the rest of your life like most people can't."unknow He said he would of never ever imagined being an author. Writing was never something he's good at. He have never finished reading a book in his life so far. He learned stuff either by listening to audio or by watching videos. The reason why he wrote this book is because he want to let people know that you don't have to be the sharpest tool in the shed to become successful. What you need is a desire, commitment, believe, faith, and determination to get whatever you want in life. Here are some of his favorite quotes... "Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve." - Napoleon Hill "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." - Lao Tzu "Life doesn't give you what you want; it gives you what you deserve." - Unknown

BIBLIOGRAPHY
"Man often becomes what he believes himself to be.
If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that
I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it.
On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it,
I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even
if I may not have it at the beginning."
~ Mahatma Gandhi

Self-confidence is extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives, yet so many people struggle to find it. People who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful. After all, most people are reluctant to back a project pitched by someone who is nervous, fumbling, and overly apologetic. On the other hand, you might be persuaded by someone who speaks clearly, who holds his or her head high, who answers questions assuredly, and who readily admits when he or she does not know something. Self-confident people inspire confidence in their audience, their peers, their bosses, their customers, and their friends. And gaining the confidence of others is one of the key ways in which a self-confident person finds success. The moment truly confident people enter a room, all heads turn, all eyes are fixed on them, all conversation stops. People find themselves literally drawn towards confident people, like comets falling toward a planet. When confident people speak, people listen. When they ask us to trust them, we do. Confidence gives people enormous power over the rest of us. It's natural to ask: How do confident people become this way? Where does their confidence come from? Most importantly, can we also learn to become confident?
The good news is that self-confidence really can be learned and built on. If you carefully follow our advice, you will learn the secret to becoming confident – or rather, a series of secrets, because there are several steps you need to take to transform yourself into a confident person. In a way, it's almost funny to talk about the steps to becoming confident as being 'secrets'. They're not secrets in the same sense that the recipe to Kentucky Fried Chicken is a secret, locked away in a vault in separate locations. But the steps described in this chapter are simply not known, because most people assume that you either are born confident, or you're not. After all, aren't some people lucky to come from rich families, while others are born into poverty? Aren't some people born beautiful and pleasant to look at, while others just have plain Jane looks? Aren't some men simply taller in stature, and therefore have a head-start on the rest of us in confidence and charisma? Your level of self-confidence can show in many ways: your behavior, your body language, how you speak, what you say, and so on.
Take a moment and think about the qualities that were just mentioned. Do you think being poor is a barrier to confidence? Tell that to Ursula Burns, who grew up among gangs and drug addicts in New York City's Lower East Side, before fighting her way to corporate success, as CEO of Xerox. Or tell that to Oprah Winfrey, born to unmarried teenage parents, pregnant at 14, and today worth over $2 billion.
Do you think looks prevent you from gaining confidence? Tell that to Michael Moore, a man whom the public regularly describes as fat and ugly, but with the honor of making a documentary film that earned more than $200 million worldwide, the highest amount ever. We could also add Rolling Stones lead singer Mick Jagger and former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher to the club of less-than-pretty yet hugely confident people.
Do you think being short holds you back from confidence? Andrew Carnegie stood barely 5 feet tall, yet became one of the most powerful industrialists and philanthropists whom the world has ever seen. Michael J. Fox, 5'4", and Danny Devito, 5', lacked physical stature, but had all the guts to make it big in Hollywood.
It's natural to wonder how we too can gain such confidence. You can go ahead and try to attain confidence through endless trial and error, and sheer luck – heaps and heaps of luck. Or you can read this chapter, re-read it, then diligently practice what I suggest. In the following pages, I give you a step-by-step plan for becoming confident. You won't become confident overnight. This process will take substantial effort. Don't be discouraged. You will certainly gain confidence if you are patient, organized, and follow these simple strategies. Gain confidence, and change your life forever.
Hygiene, Health, and Appearance
The first place to begin improving your confidence is by examining physical aspects that have a strong connection with confidence. This means taking care of your posture, clothing, hygiene, and most importantly, your health, the foundation of your psychological well-being.
Psychological experiments have shown that our emotions are strongly influenced by our behavior. In one famous experiment, students were asked to grip a pencil between their teeth – this resulted in an expression that not only looked like a smile, but the students actually rated a cartoon as funnier! In other words, it's not necessarily our emotions that cause our behavior, but sometimes our behaviors can cause our emotions.
The difference between slouching and standing with good posture often escapes our own notice, but it is something that other people pick up on right away. You can spot a poor dog or cat that has been beaten or frightened into submission, from the way it will slink close to the ground, with its tail held low. A person with low self-esteem is also easily noticed, and avoided by other people, or even worse, bullied and taken advantage of.
Dance teachers tell us to imagine a string running through the top of our heads, pulling us upward. Every day, as you go about your daily chores, remind yourself that a string is pulling you through the top of your head, and stand up a little straighter. You'll be amazed at the comments you get from friends and colleagues, and the difference it creates in your attitude. Another basic alteration in behavior that most people overlook is to slightly push back your shoulders, and push your chest out. This signals to other people that you are a contender, someone to look out for and be allies with. But don't over-do it!
Short of plastic surgery and Botox, most of us are stuck with the faces that we were born with, but clothing and hygiene are easily controlled. Conventions about appropriate attire vary from region to region, but some generalizations can be made. Something as simple as putting on a tie can make people treat you with more respect in a bank or business office. Surface aspects of our appearance signal to others how well we keep ourselves.
Start with Do-able Tasks
Sometimes lack of confidence comes from trying to do too much. When we overreach and fail spectacularly, that can bring down our mood for a long time. Instead, start with small things like cleaning out your room or house. That will give you a jolt of self-accomplishment, which can carry over to your next task.
Try doing easy, good deeds for others, like opening doors for people, or giving out honest compliments. When you start doing good deeds for other people, you'll find that positive energy flowing right back to you! It's simple to do good deeds, but most of us don't try to do it, because we're somehow afraid of breaking our usual habits of ignoring other people. We're afraid of
