    Introduction

You’ve felt it, haven’t you? That feeling that life could be so much more?

You see people around you that just seem LUCKY. They love life, achieve great things and everybody loves them. Do you wonder to yourself, What’s their secret?

I used to feel that way. Everything was out of my control. I had to just coast through life with whatever hand I was dealt.

I’m here to tell you something: you don’t need to feel that way. You don’t need to accept that. That is a complete load of $#!%.

In this book, you will learn what those people either consciously or unconsciously know.

And I promise you, when you take what you are about to learn and put it into consistent daily practice, your life is going to change dramatically.

    Chapter 1:

    Start Your Engine

    The philosophy of Kaizen

"Never wish your life were easier; wish that you were better" – Jim Rohn

There is a philosophy that people all around the world are living by. It’s known as Kaizen.

    What is Kaizen?

The term Kaizen is Japanese for improvement or continuous improvement. The English language has adopted it when referring to a philosophy or practice that focuses on continuous improvement in all areas of life.

The concept of continuous improvement has been around for thousands of years in the Japanese culture.

After World War II, the Kaizen philosophy was originally brought into the Western world by the car manufacturer Toyota, who implemented this philosophy as a part of their manufacturing process.

But how does the philosophy of Kaizen apply to you?

Easy. Take the words continuous improvement. Now add the word self right in the middle.

What do you have now? Continuous self-improvement.

    Applying Kaizen

We all have things we want to change in our life, whether we want more or specific material objects or want something more on
