She has spent years studying the science of personal achievement and why some people are successful and happy, and why others are not. Frequently drawing on experiences from her own life, she can easily connect with and reach people of all ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, and belief systems. She has the extraordinary ability to hear what's not being said when someone is struggling and the gift to deliver strategies and guidance that move the needle for success and happiness. Today, her life's mission is to make the world a better place by helping others understand the importance of self-love, how to find happiness from within, and empowers others to reach their full potential in their relationships, their work, and their communities. She has instilled these important principles in her own children over the years, their friends, and countless other young adults that she has mentored. She is the mother of two amazing kids, the best Auntie ever, and the fun friend you didn't know you needed. She loves to praise the Lord, laugh & dance, and values time with family.
