About this audiobook

I have few friends and fewer allies. What I do have on the island of Everland is a lot of people who want me gone. So when the Crocodile and Captain Hook reappear in my life, I am in no mood. And worse, they’re unknowingly endangering themselves by asking for me by a name I long considered dead.

Now, not only do I have to save myself, I have to save the two men who I swore I would murder with my bare hands if I ever set eyes on them again considering they abandoned me.

Unfortunately for me, Roc and Hook have other plans, and when I find myself caught between them, I have to make a decision: risk my heart or risk my life?

Devourer of Men is a dark MMF romantasy fairytale retelling. Characters have been aged up for this darker, grittier version. For a full list of content warnings, please visit the author's website.

What our readers think

Readers find this title engaging and addictive. The narrators are fantastic, making the story compelling. The chemistry between characters Rock and Hook is off the charts. While some readers wanted more focus on Roc and Hook rather than Wendy, they are eagerly awaiting the next book in the series. Overall, the writing style is praised as five-star quality, with a substantial storyline that keeps listeners hooked.

I didn’t know it ended on a cliffhanger! Thank goodness the second is already out or I’d be devastated and annoyed lol.

Rock and Hook are my absolute favorite! Wendy is definitely 3rd wheeling but it’s ok, I guess she can stay. Them going from enemies to lovers was absolutely delicious. Those two were definitely made for each other

Really like this book and can't wait for the next one. Not the best book in the series, but it's a good series so it's still five stars. I'm probably going to reread this book in the future (have reread all the lost boys books). Loved Hook and the Crocodile and can't wait to read more about them. Fabulous narrators as well!

I really liked the book. The narration was 12 Stars. All books should be narrated that way. The story was compelling. The characters especially Rock were hot. The chemistry between Rock and hook, too was off the Charts. I just did not buy the love connection with wendy....yet. Maybe there will be more in the next book.

I'm hooked! Pun intended. This was a spicy and addictive book. I am NOT an easily flustered person. The narration in this book gave me chills. It is not for the faint of heart. Cliffhanger... Ugh!

This is five-star writing style all the way.
But, let's face it, the Vicious Boys, Hook & Croc books are straight-up XXX porno, no holds barred. That being said, there’s just something so smooth, so satisfying about the writing style you can’t seem to make yourself stop listening / reading, even at points you prefer not to.
I also found this installment had a more substantial storyline than her previous endeavors, which made all the difference.
Devourer of Men is her best writing yet.

I read this book, but whole cow, absolutely recommend this audiobook for dark romance lovers. The male voice ??, he does a great job voicing all the male characters! Croc and Hook, Nikki St. Clair is a genius with this plot! Enjoy at your own risk.
