About this audiobook

Top 5 reasons I should stay away from Crispin Dalton:

1. He's been bullying me since the day I started at Wildwood Academy, the prestigious high school for young elites
2. He's the kind of jerk who thinks liking a girl means tugging on her hair (seriously, is this first grade?)
3. There's a scandal tying our families together in the most awful way, and his whole family hates me because of it
4. He's so far out of my league, he might as well be wearing a sign that says 'Don't look, touch or fantasize about me... or else'
5. He's kind of, sort of, dating my best friend...

Just couldn't finish it. MMC appears to have multiple personalities none of which are appealing. I can only guess at the scandal that has ruined all these lives (couldn't listen past the pre party prep) but I can't possibly understand why the MFC is being blamed for parental sins. Just can't connect with the premise or characters, sorry it's just not for me.
On the performance side narrators did a great job, I'm a tiny bit in love with Teddy he has a simply delicious voice I could usually listen to him reading absolutely anything.

I pushed threw and finished it but honestly it was merely ok at best. There is a second story plot that gets mentioned then completely forgot about till end of book and even then we don't get much it doesn't seem to fit, finally a 3rd story line jumps in background but again not much to that either. Then the character getting blamed for parents actions I mean come on I get personal guilt or those involved upset but random people wouldn't blame kids for another adults actions realistically.
Pretty much it seems like a book for teens with fairly typical characters, untill the few more descriptive intimate moments.

This is honestly the biggest train wreck I have ever listened to.
The characters all seem like they have split personalities, absolutely no consistency in the story line, jumps from spot to spot.
I always push to finish but I just can not with this book.
