All I can say is Wow! I love shifter stories. This one is completely different from any other books I've read or listened to in the past. At first thought the beginning was a bit slow but I got caught up in the storyline. Glad I continued listening. The ending was a bit of a surprise. Looking forward to the next one.

The story was good. THe constant use of gutter language was like hearing a sudden wooden spoon on a pot by a toddler. It was jarring and detracted from the story. Fortunately there wasn't much smut to skim through. The ending left a lot to be desired.

This book was fantastic! I loved how the author made the main character strong, yet you got to see the soft sides of her. This wasn't smut romance, this was a true building of a relationship.....I can't wait to get to the next book.
