The storyline was good but main character, Knight, treats her partner like a personal servant, she is arrogant and believes she is only one that works hard and can solve cases. She belittles her partner but when he retaliates, her feelings are hurt and instead of trying to be an adult and share the workload, it’s a constant battle of arguing, personal attacks.

The entire story was dominated by the constant, selfish, childish bickering of the main character. I should have quit after the first chapter.
