Well, that was fun! I do love a twisty, turny psychological thriller, and this one definitely did not disappoint. Don't want to say too much and spoil things, but secrets and connections are hinted at and then slowly revealed. Surprises pop up. The audiobook is so well narrated, including not just the "his & hers" narrators, but a third with a distorted, slightly disconcerting voice. You're kept guessing all through the book, and just when you think you've figured it out, nope. Wrong again. Now I'm excited to read Alice Feeney's first two books, which have been on my radar but I haven't gotten to them yet. They've definitely jumped up the list now.

That line right there got me HOOKED on this book. This was another addictive read by Alice Feeney. I couldn’t bring myself to trust any character throughout the story and suspected every single person…but I was still wrong! The twist was so unexpected, but I loved where Feeney went with this.

I listened to this as an audiobook, and I highly recommend it! The performance of the two narrators was outstanding. Rating this at 4.5 stars rounding up to 5 on goodreads!
