Theo Kane is one of the six Kane princes on Westervelt Island. Theo would rather be in his wolf form than be around the other shifters of the pack. He fears he is becoming just as evil as his father. About thirty years ago his father, the alpha of the pack, put a spell on all of the mated males to kill their mates. Last year Theo was attacked by a demon that nearly killed him and scarred half of his face. Theo has been in isolation from the pack for about a year because he thought he was evil after being attacked by the demon. He wasn’t sure he could control the rage inside of him.

Faith Anderson is a wolf shifter and the new head of security on Westervelt Island. The wolf inside her is constantly happy which bugs the hell out of her. Her wolf would also rather be submissive while she is aggressive. Faith was a young shifter when the spell was cast on the pack and was sent off the island for protection. Now thirty years later she is back after learning what she is and has taken over the security position for the pack. She was never told about Theo and when she meets him she can imagine why.

Wolf Reborn by Rebecca Goings was the third book in her Westervelt Wolves series and I couldn’t wait to get my grubby little hands on it. I have read the first two and couldn’t wait to see what happened next. Rebecca lets us see more into Theo and what makes him tick. Theo is the ultimate tortured hero because he would rather take the blame for the wrongs made against the family and what they have gone through. Faith is a surprise because she is little but can play with the big boys. The only time she backs down is when the alpha tells her to. Together Faith and Theo make the perfect couple with a little bit of baggage stored here and there.
