This book was very good and the series looks like it's going to really be great.

I really like this author. Her stories are light and fun. The heroine really detracted from the story for me in this one. This heroine is an idiot. She constantly does dumb things. Annoyingly stupid things, actually. I get that in order to have character growth, your characters have to start out with room for growth, but this character is ignorant of some pretty basic stuff. She also swears all the time, enough for it to irritate me, and I used to do social work.
