He's rich, handsome and successful, but she shares all the same attributes. If they married anyone else but themselves, they would've been marrying down. How do you establish the rules within an arranged marriage where the scales are even?

I'm a sucker for an arranged marriage. Yet this story was different since both parties gain as much as they bring. Crew is your typical billionaire, he has the world at his feet and he knows it. All the women fawn at him, but none sparks his interest. Enter Scarlet. She not only can keep up with him, she's a few steps ahead and has no plans of backing down. They're both guarded and keep their emotions at bay. It was so enjoyable to watch them open up to each other and reveal their vulnerabilities.

I loved this story. Love how both characters were on the same footing both without the power imbalance, nice to see a FMC that is goal orientated and a MMC that is supportive. Far prefer this than the Twisted Love series I finished before this book. Love this authors work!

This follows Scarlett and Crew. Apart of two powerful, rich families and are to marry for power gain. They may not know each other but want to resist each other but how long can keep it up?

I enjoyed this billionaire romance. For me, I found it not so enemies to lovers It had like elements but it was nice and refreshing that it wasn’t full on. Also, the FMC Scarlett is strong, how to be a boss and knows what she wants. Crew comes off as a playboy at the start but he is quite compassionate and caring. There is tension and butting heads but was so worth it in the end.

The only thing is I didn’t feel soul mate energy between these two and just a little more love towards Scarlett.

Other than that It was a very good read and I recommend it.
