This series was such a pleasant surprise! I typically don't gravitate towards shifter books because it runs the same path so often. The jilted ex goes after the new mate and tries to kill her, blah blah blah. While there was a touch of this in the story it was so much more. The mate bond between 6 mates was what drew me in if I'm honest, I thought this would be a hot steamy read and it wasn't, it was so much more. There were so many twists and turns that kept me intrigued and the deep feelings between the main character and everyone around her had me hooked! This series was exactly what I needed to lift my spirits and heal my needy soul. Deeply felt thanks to the author. You have a new fan!
