About this audiobook

"The arrival of the Prophetess will bring both hope and destruction for the wolves of the world. She alone will be able to save them-or damn them."

The dark prophecy that has been passed down since the first pack of shifters is coming to fruition-and I am at the center of it. An orphaned human taken in by a pack of wolves. The fate of their existence in my hands.

I've been treated as the dirt beneath the pack's paws for years. Will they be able to accept my new role when my powers surface? Will I be able to forgive them enough to help them?

The bright spot amongst all the turmoil . . . finding my three fated. Until one of them rejects our bond. The one thing I know for sure . . . death is coming for us all, soon, and the person responsible for it? Their betrayal is going to alter the shifter world forever.

I'll conquer my powers, protect the packs, and live happily ever after with my men, right? Wrong.

No one is prepared for the vile truths of my visions to come to light.

Contains mature themes.

This was the 2nd series by this author I listened to via Scribd and it definitely won't be my last. I enjoyed this series and quickly devoured it on audio.

I enjoyed this fated mates love story. I loved getting to know 2 of the main guys in the beginning and how different they are. Also saw glimpses of the broody mate who will eventually come around I bet hahaha. I thought the set-up was intriguing but didnt stray too far from the shifter/fated mates trope so it was a comfort read if that makes sense. I liked the addition of the goddess's powers, pretty sweet what Kira can do, can't wait to see what's next in store! I also really liked Lux and her personality. Loyal. loving, snarky, fierce. One of the villains revealed himself and I can't wait for karmic justice because he will deserve it after what he has done. He was a good two-faced liar, but he couldnt contain his vileness for long. The creatures the author conjured up were very creepy and scary sounding, great job with their descriptions and the emotions the characters felt when they encountered them.

Book 1 started off strong for me, full of action, love, steam/tension. I liked how we get to meet the baddies and have some twists (some I saw coming, but not all) and it really did a good job setting up the rest of the series. It was an emotional rollercoaster. The side characters I fell for didnt have a happy fate/ending of book 1, so be ready to be teary-eyed! Went right into book 2 because of that cliffy hahaha

In terms of the narration I thought both did a good job. I have listened to the female narrator before but not the male narrator so that was a good change of pace. I thought they did a great job with their respective character sexes (like Heather for female and Jeffrey for male characters) but they weren't as strong with their opposite sex performances. I thought Heather didnt differentiate enough between the female and male voices so sometimes it was hard to follow and I had to rewind to re-listen. I would give them 4 stars, but the story was enough to keep the audiobook overall 5 stars ❤️

Well, right off the bat, I know this book is gonna have spice!
I knew it was gonna have bullying and mates. It would be a save the world type story.
The FMC seemed defeated at first but then suddenly sass and fierceness. I knew this book would be just what I needed, a action packed paranormal series filled with spicy smut. And I was not disappointed.
