About this audiobook

Two people scarred by past trauma have a chance to write a new chapter in their lives, overcome loss, and find love in the third entry in the Madison River Romance series.

Screenwriter Cecilia ""Blue"" Walker is victim to life's worst plot twists. Having lost her daughter to the depths of the Madison River and her husband to the arms of another woman, she finds herself yearning for something to restore her brittle faith and once-vibrant career.

Hope arrives in the form of her childhood friend, Thomas Beck, a firefighter with a legacy of larger-than-life rescues who doesn't see himself as a hero. Haunted by his past, Thomas only agrees to a movie adaptation of his story if Blue, his longtime crush, is the screenwriter.

However, as Blue and Thomas work together to bring his heroism to the big screen, the glitz and glamour of Hollywood threaten to shed light on secrets that could tear their fragile relationship and their lives apart.

Janine Rosche

Janine Rosche is the author of With Every Memory, as well as the Madison River Romance and Whisper Canyon series of novels. Prone to wander, she finds as much comfort on the open road--including Route 66--as she does at home. This longing to chase adventure, behold splendor, and experience redemption is woven into her stories. When she isn't traveling or writing novels, she teaches family life education courses, produces The Love Wander Read Journal, and takes too many pictures of her sleeping dogs.

Take a trip to Madison River, Montana for another endearing romance in Glory Falls! So far, Janine Rosche has proven a knack for bringing the stories of broken, haunted people to life with humor, charm, and a whole lot of emotion—and this story that unfolds between Cecelia “Blue” Walker and Thomas Beck offers nothing less. Both Blue and Thomas have heartbreaking pasts, yet as their long-time friendship brings them together for a second chance at love and healing.Though it never shies away from the tougher aspects of grief, guilt, and more, Glory Falls is never without hope. I definitely recommend it to readers in need of a heartwarming contemporary romance.I received a complimentary copy of this book and the opportunity to provide an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review, and all the opinions I have expressed are my own.

"In every story you've told me about your childhood Blue Walker was the main character and catalyst all rolled into one. If there was any chance that you could help her reclaim her life, her happiness, would you do it?"Thomas Beck is asked this by a co-worker that he has been dating and once again, he is reminded of just what Cecilia "Blue" Walker has meant to him his entire life. Glory Falls is a story of childhood friendship, sweet romance, immense sorrow, and the joy in second chances. I loved Thomas's deep faith and his Christian witness and the fact that even though he'd been hailed as a hometown hero, he only wanted to be a hero to the person who had made him kiss a frog and secretly carried cookies and milk to him and his sister when they didn't have them in their own home. Blue appeared to be competent and fearless but she was haunted by the dreams of her baby girl who had drowned in the Madison River two years earlier. Is the chance to write a screenplay of Thomas's heroic actions the beginning of Blue's healing? How will her return to Glory Falls affect Thomas and the guilt and regrets from his own past?Janine Rosche has written a lovely story that tugs at your heart but never breaks it! It is, instead, a heartwarming account of hope, forgiveness, and the chance to begin again. Glory Falls makes you believe in God, love, and second chances and I recommend it to all who enjoy contemporary Christian romance.I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book that I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.

This book has all the feels!! I am a total sucker for the friends to more romance trope so this story was perfect for me. It probably has to do with my own age and life experience, but I appreciated that Cecilia and Thomas had done some living and yet still found their way back to each other. As Janine Rosche has shown throughout this entire series, her books take readers on a rollercoaster of emotions. You might be laughing at some banter between the characters one minute and then be totally heartbroken for them the next. She is not afraid to tackle tough issues in her books like the loss of a child, growing up in a dysfunctional family, or infidelity. However, she handles all of these situations well.I have adored each book in the series, but this just might be my favorite. I loved Robbie and Shane, but Thomas is in a hero category all his own. I suppose Glory Falls could be read as a standalone, but you would be missing out on the the other couples stories from the first two books. Having read the others in the series, I appreciated the updates on all of their lives so much more. Although I was sad to see the series end, I am looking forward to Janine Rosche's next series which releases later this year.I was given a copy of this book by the author and publisher. All opinions expressed are entirely my own.
