This book was full of so many of my favorite things:
ROAD TRIP
manic pixie dream girl energy
scarred (inwardly and outwardly) hero
opposites attract
history (since childhood) together

I'm not a fan of "meaningless sex", but even though that's what our lovebirds PRETENDED was happening, we actually saw them falling in love and pining over their "impossible" relationship (another check on the "things I love" list)

Did this book ramble on a little longer than necessary? I guess. But I enjoyed it. And I really loved that they took their differences, and they both admired and LEARNED from each other, becoming better people in the process. That's truly what a healthy relationship is all about.

The h tries to break the H from cussing, so the language is mild, but the sex is hot!!

This was my first book by this author, and I've seen comments that it's not one of her best. If that's true, I'm off to read her back log!!!

An extremely quick and fluffy read. Also, surprisingly steamier than I thought it would be. Due to a concussion, Aria needs a chauffeur to a town 8 hours away. She is a wedding planner and has to travel to help set up for the wedding. All her siblings and helpers are occupied so Remington is volunteered as a driver. Aria and Remington are oil and water but there is no alternative -she has to get to that wedding. When an ice storm strands them in a small town they spend an unexpected night together and things get complicated quickly. Remington is all about having order, Aria is more of a fly by the seat of her pants kind of girl - could the Christmas magic somehow tie them together? It was decent til the end - it was too over the top for me.
