Such a terrific book and so well-read. The story was so fun and original and the slow burn romance was so palpable. A re-listen for sure!

This story is a matter taste , if you like very strong willed characters and constant scheming and bickering—sparing—then this story is for you. I however am not a fan of this (never did like the taming of the shrew). Unfortunately since I grew up with an elder sibling who was always quoting the Art of War I did not especially enjoy this aspect either. So this was not my particular type of story. The fighting and “war” games goes on For far too long, and drags the story down , I felt. In the end Not a badly done novel, and while it is well written, it is just not for me.

This story was fun and witty; I enjoyed "The Art of Victory" immensely. Diana and Duke's back and forth banter was an absolute delight, and it was great fun wondering how one would thwart the other. I think I was grinning all the way through this story.

If you enjoy enemies to lovers and sweet & clean romance, don't miss this gem.

The audio production by Ella's Lynch is wonderful. 5 stars for the audio version, too!

Although a good story and good narrator, I felt the book dragged on and on and on. Diana is possibly the most confused control freak character Ive read about so far and a trip to the local psychiatrist would not go amiss, and Marmaduke is a saint for putting up with her, in the end they lived happily ever after.

So humorous with witty banter between the two main characters.
It is delightfully read, with much enthusiasm.
