2.5 stars .. enjoyable but not overly memorable. All the kids seem a bit overly capable for their ages. Narration was very good.
It’s a bit of a contradiction - a light easy read on a heavy subject.
Will likely pass on this author in the future

Loved this book all the way to the end. I wish the end though would have given us at least some hint of misfortune happening to the kidnapper. That is the only thing I felt was lacking.

Excellent book. Parts of it were very stressful to hear but it's all worth it in the end.

One of the best books I've read. And I've read a lot of books. I'm going to tell everyone I know they need to read this. I especially enjoyed the audiobook version.

I expected something much better, this book was ok but I wouldn't call it gripping, thrilling or exciting.

Absolutely loved it! The thrill was adequate, and the situations were not too dark and upsetting (compared to other darker books about kidnapping and imprisonment when the kids get raped and stuff).

Kind of a slow start but was a really good book. The ending made me tear up. Makes me happy for Mia the way it all ended for her.

This was just an okay read....it is most DEFINITELY NOT horror as it is listed. A young girl is held as a servant in a rich lady and her husbands house, who also have a 16 year old boy. When the new neighbor girl notices at 11 at night, a little small girl is in the huge house next door doing dishes she starts to investigate. Who is the Moonlight Child?

Cannot recommend this as it was a disappointment.
