What can I say? I was shocked. I was surprised. My jaw dropped in multiple occasions. I didn't want to stop reading. A mother protecting her daughter from the truth. A daughter angry, her life ruined from all the lies. An innocent son just wanting to know about the truth.

I loved the book. Very good plotting. The narration made the book. Wonderful actress on audio. Now. I want to listen to all of her 90 narrations. Didn't like the ending. It was a fitting ending, however, I am a reader that lives in a fantasy land. I will not give it away...listen for yourselves!

I loved how we got to see the different perspectives between the characters during the same times in their lives.. I love that the author allows us to come to our own conclusions without spoon speeding us the answers. I love how right when I thought I was watching onto an upcoming twist or turn, he’d completely flip the script and give me something that I was NOT expecting. Loved the ending, as well. This book would not have felt complete if it had received the happily ever after ending… it ended exactly the way it was supposed to. I can’t wait to read more of his work.

From the few books I've read from this author they all appear to be the same. Slowly uncovering past events that have already happened as your perception of the "victim" and "bad guy" flip flops back and forth with each predictable revelation (rather than building tension or suspense about what may happen going forward). I struggled to finish this one.
