Very predictable and not really the books I read. Very new age, for the first time ever I felt like I am getting old. Not a feeling I want from a book.

I thought the story was cute and fun, the sex scenes felt a little porny. I would listen to the next one but I’m done hearing about their cocks and pussies and how hard they cum. Besides that, I really liked the characters and the story.

    The Story:

What a start to a new cute series. I hope there are a lot more of these stories in the wings. Danica and Titus are such a cute couple. I don’t quite jive with the she can never tell him she’s a witch storyline, in fact I thought we were gonna get some sort of work around it but I’m happy with how it all worked out. I really loved Danica’s close relationship with her cousin. I am my mother’s only child and have several cousin/sisters myself. Some of her other familial relationships required some tough love but it was definitely needed.

This was a cute little rom com. I liked Danica and Titus. The author did a great job building the relationship, allowing them discs to get to know one another after the love-at-first-site bit. I also appreciated the general acceptance in their friend group and the respect.

Not great. Kind of boring and anticlimactic. With a slow pace.

This was a quick fun loveable read / listen. It is a bit insta love but that added to the sweetness of the story. But it did have that trope that if someone just spoke with someone else sooner so much could have been sorted quicker. I know it adds to the tension of the story but I just find it so frustrating haha. Can’t wait to continue on with this series.
The narrator did an amazing job.

A good spooky season read. I wasn’t obsessed with the characters but it’s a definite prelude for the other books in this series. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got halfway through and just couldn’t finish it. I had high hopes for a fun little spicy read, but it was very predictable and the reason for their chemistry lacked substance.
