About this audiobook

NOW CASTING FOR LOVE AND THE AVERAGE JILL!

The Average Jill: Mattie Grant, who’d trained for a spot on a survival show but instead landed on a dating show. Mattie had never backed down from a challenge, not even one as good-looking as Bachelor #1. Really, how hard could a dating game be?

The location: A lavish mansion filled with twelve bachelors hoping to win Mattie’s heart and $50,000—and one man with an ulterior motive….

Bachelor #1: David Bennett, an undercover reporter, needed a story. He’d wanted phony contestants and reality show gossip—until one sweet smile from Mattie changed his strategy!

The rules: In this dating game, anything goes!

Editor's Note

New York Times Bestselling Author...

Jump’s charming contemporary romance pairs a reality show contestant who thinks she’s on a “Survival”-type show (it’s actually a “Bachelor”-type show) with an undercover reporter. Neither of the two protagonists are who they’re supposed to be, and the ensuing hijinks are delightful.

It's a good story but super predictable. Heather Firth is so awesome! Love her.

This is a fun, entertaining, quick read. David and Mattie are interesting, relatable, intriguing, complex, entertaining, fun characters. I enjoyed them as individuals and a couple. Their romance is full of twists and turns, which was fun to read. I enjoyed this story and how it played out. The secondary characters added to the fabric of the story and my enjoyment.

I enjoyed the audio version of this story and the narrator.

After reading the reviews I was skeptical to read this novel but I’m so happy I did. It was a great light read and the story line was great and relatable.

I didn’t make the 3 rd chapter. This book is so ridiculously catty . Nothing close to humor.

This might have been better with a different narrator. This one is difficult to listen to.

Easy read, fun and cheesy, but I probably won't remember anything about it if someone were to ask.

    Boring and unrealistic
The heroine is supposed to be an intelligent strong woman, but this book makes her out to be a dummy

This whole book was so frustrating because those dating shows don’t even work that way. It’s clear the author did very little research… Not to mention the plot that’s basically invisible.
