- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This audio book is well read and the content was very helpful on my journey to find ways for looaing weight
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Who wants to take advice from a nobody with absolutely no credentials on the subject? Aka "Mr Zerf"? First chapter running for weight loss is a farce, you diet for weight loss, you don't exercise towards it. Unscientific hogwash. Book also has nothing to do with 80/20.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book shares how running can help you improve your overall health, fitness and wellness and even hoe to lose weight. It will guide you to the art of running. Nice reading, very helpful indeed!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is my second reading of 80/20 Running. I've read quite a few of Matt Fitzgerald's running books, and this is my favorite. I usually chase the "new thing" when it comes to training plans, so it's rare that I use the same one. This time, I'm not only re-using this plan, but it's also for the same race. Why? This book has convinced me of the benefits of 80% easy running or cross-training, building on the famous Lydiard approach (i.e., the more miles, the better). It's not just the science Fitzgerald cites that convinces me - my last BQ used this plan. I will see if the plan can revive my marathon speed like no other has in recent years.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5the book is very good and useful for beginner runners, there are many tips that can be followed inside and we can follow it slowly starting from how to run well to regulating our breath later this is very useful for people who want to run regularly

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Cash grab. Full of nonsense and common-sense information, like being advised to visit a running-shoe shop if you are going to start running. wtf. Why is Scribd full of these bogus books, super short, poorly written, cluelessly read? They seem to be proliferating. There is a real book by the same name, 80/20 Running, by a different author, Matthew Fitzgerald, which the positive reviews seem to be referencing, but this one is junk.
