About this audiobook
This is a big combination of a series of books. There are 24 titles, which are divided into following themes:
Theme 1: What is cognitive behavioral therapy?
How is it used?
What can you achieve with such a form of treatment?
These and many other questions will be answered in this guide. Other topics will float to the surface, such as its use for boosting self-esteem, psychodynamic therapy, social healing, acceptance and commitment, misophonia, the Twelve Step Program, solutions for depression, and many others.
Theme 2: In this guide, we’ll show you a brief history of schizophrenia. By understanding what has happened in the past, present analyses will become clearer. Also, the concept of synchronicity will become apparent, as well as the side effects of schizophrenia that relate to suicidal tendencies, depression, bipolarity, etc.
Theme 3: In this guide, we will focus on several topics. For one, we will explore the reasons why so many times, sociopaths and narcissists are elected as leaders of countries, cities, or companies. We will also study sociopaths’ seduction techniques and the ratio in the population as compare to earlier in history.
Theme 4: Why can’t we either erase memories or cope with them when they have been shockingly awful?
Questions like these will be answered in this quick guide, as well as other interesting facts, anecdotes, and topics. We will discuss the comprehensive concept of dissociative amnesia, the four different sub-types of PTSD, the difference between PTSD and Acute Stress Disorder, specific problems related to homeless veterans, and several other fascinating subjects.
And 4 other themes!

Reviews for Personality Disorders

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5You have to admire something like this. This cost a ton of time and effort to write and record. My compliments to the writer and the narrator. In my point of view, it was pretty great. There may possibly have been a couple of barely obvious mistakes in there, but they didn't trouble me. When you can listen to a narrator who is this great, and about a theme that you're interested in, you do not care about the other parts. That's the end of the story.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It's nice to tune in to a book such as this one. Wow! Get this book! I am not kidding! It's amazing! Not only did this particular book seem like it was top quality, but it also showed me important things about life, and about this subject in particular, of course. So, it certainly deserves a few hard-earned stars.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Impressive, I must say. 5 stars! Without a doubt the best thing that's happened to me today. In my eyes, it was just one of those books you can not skip. You should not dismiss it, because it is one of the best available. I might become repetitive here, but that's just how I think of it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I have no criticisms about this particular book. Some of the best tricks about this concept are openly being exposed by the author. That's the reason that I love it. Not only did this audiobook seem like it was excellent quality, but it also showed me crucial things about daily life, and about this subject in particular, obviously. So, it certainly deserves a few hard-earned stars.
