About this audiobook

Detective Jane Hart is just getting used to paranormal life in New Orleans. Monsters are real, and she’s the lucky cop who has to deal with them on a daily basis. Werewolves, vampires, witches, and demons—she has to face them all and keep their paranormal madness in check.

When a killer targets human men—and leaves their bodies scattered in local cemeteries–Jane suspects she may be looking at the crimes of a werewolf gone rogue. In order to hunt down the beast, Jane once again teams up with her werewolf lover, alpha Aidan Locke. But Aidan has been keeping secrets from Jane, dark secrets that will destroy her world.

Because Jane isn’t the hunter on her latest investigation. She’s the prey. And when a vampire attack leaves her helpless, the woman that Jane was before will vanish. She’ll become the one thing she fears most and Aidan…

Her fierce lover may have to become her executioner.

It has been a great read and different from all of this writer's books which is majorly on crime and policing detectives. Well to learn about his new form of the writers work on paranormal story is indeed is interesting. This is entertaining and fun reading this can Walt for the nest one by next month. The first book in Cynthia Eden’s Blood and Moonlight series is set in the wonderful and colorful city of New Orleans. You may have come across paranormal romances concentrating on the nonconformist duo in which one person is paranormal: the other a mundane human. Although. Bite the Dust’s Jane and Aidan Locker are not reproductions. I am a fan of series romance, including favoring books within a series or standalone that have their own happily ever after. Cynthia Eden’s work is exceptional, and she knows how to bring the details that keep you reading to learn who, what, why, and all the reasons for the betrayal that caused all the problems. To me, the rule for Cynthia Eden's books will be always different because she comes up with something different each time, she begins a book series. Nonetheless, and I move on to the second book Better Off Undead the rest of the books since I got them all in my library.

Jane Hart began her job in the city as one of the police officers working the street and keep the community safe. This recently secured investigator status is not as much as necessary to enliven up her life. Together with the mysterious remains shown to overpower any modicum of status quo. A curiously supernatural homicide streak, the passionate fascination of Aidan Locke, a werewolf also alpha to the wolf pack. And the mystical enforcer of New Orleans and her own slightly mortal prominence is going to propel her outside the perimeter of sanity. The position of her job is one that brought Jane across New Orleans keen on the realm of werewolves, vampires, and abnormal mortals. The Whole Shebang seems to be working against Jane, powers much stronger than her own at work, but that does not mean she is going to take it lying down. Jane is ready to clean the house, and Aiden is determined to keep her alive and closer to his heart.
