About this series
I’m not a good man, and I’ve never pretended to be. I don’t believe in goodness or God or any happy ending that isn’t paid for in advance.
What do I believe in? Money. Sex. Macallan 18.
They have words for men like me—playboy. Womanizer. Skirt chaser.
My brother used to be a priest, and he only has one word for me.
Sinner.
***Sinner is a standalone companion to Priest about Father Bell's brother Sean. You do not have to read Priest or Midnight Mass to read Sinner***

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This book could have ended a long time ago. I did enjoy it, but I it could’ve ended along time ago.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Only my second MM romance. Captivating.
So empathically and compassionately written, the intrinsic experiences of mental illness, moral conflict, honest self-exploration and accountability open listeners’ minds and hearts to the depth of our fellow humans’ emotional, spiritual, and relational lives—with self as well as others. Sierra Simone’s voluminous and passionate love of and attention to history shine so brightly, and her writing is both utterly sophisticated and completely relatable.
Again, as in Sinner, social commentary is rendered gently, if clearly. This book could be heard and thoroughly enjoyed simply as contemporary romance and smut. And with just a little more contemplation, its meaning and impact become so clearly and importantly much, much more.
Jacob Morgan’s performance moves and resonates. His accents and tone prove that voice alone is enough to convey all we need to know and feel another’s experience. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Wow Beautiful story , really enjoyed listening to it ?
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great narration. I loved the spice and the romance. This book made you ache for them.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Very sweet and captivating love story. Not a spicy as Sinner, but the romance and writing are just as good.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Be careful! I don’t know how to give a trigger warning without a spoiler. So…

There is a BJ from a stripper that is not the love interest right in the beginning and it ruined this book for me. Gross.
It was already a yawn for me with the age gap, but I liked the narrator and thought I’d see where it went. I regret it. Wish I had read the trigger warnings. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I’ve actually really liked this book! Although I will say, it wasn’t as good as The Sinner and The Priest – but still a good read nonetheless!
The themes throughout this entire series are fairly consistent, but listening to Adrian’s battles with depression and the struggles he saved in his life articulated very well. All of her books evoke really great emotion and I am so happy I found this author. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5My fist only MM book. Love Sierra Simone and this series. Beautiful book. Perfect narration.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I LOVED this book! There's some heavy topics so if suicide or cancer, controversy with priests, just be aware, I don't think it is enough to not read. I was a lil unsure about the nun part of the story but the entire book was well done! Most spice I've heard. It's was great, there is the majority of the book focused on it which I enjoyed. I love Jacob Morgan, it was well done and the connection they had was believable which some authors can't pull off. I was completely surprised at how good of a book this was!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This has been one of the most moving and gut wrenching books I’ve read. The highs. The lows. Like the highs and lows of depression and suicidal ideation and utter devastation, it all rings so true. I found it cathartic. I did not find it triggering my PTSD thank goodness or a spiral but I felt I needed, drawn to also see it through another’s eyes. Blessed Be.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5WOW! The story, the narration, everything just amazing. The love that Aiden and Elijah share is so beautiful. I didn’t think it’ll get any better then Sean and Zenni story. But this has it all. You’ll laugh and smile and cry and yearn.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5So beautiful their story I loved it so so much
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5My first book by Simone. Wow. And the narrator double wow. Going to buy Priest now!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/52 time around and it’s just as good as the first!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is something else. I highly recommend listening to the audiobook. The narrator is so good. It’s sexy, funny, and totally sucks you in and the smut. Holy. lord. The smut. Gave me chills and tingles all over. This author and book are amazing. I will also add, I’m not a religious person at all. I fall firmly in the agnostic category when it comes to that sort of thing. But I really loved the way religion, God, love, and sex were handled in this book. It wasn’t about the priest turning his back on his religion and faith but how it fit into his life differently after finding his person and the way spiritually can be experienced in life beyond sitting in a church. I found myself tearing up a few times listening to this book. It was beautiful.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Beautiful story - the narrators bring MC’s to life. ❤️
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I’ve never read a book like this, books like the ones in this series. It’s like….I do not have adequate words but it’s simply like discovering a completely new religion. They were absolutely beautiful. All of them!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book wreaked me. It was hard and truthful and hot and wonderful. It challenged me as a reader. To be taken on a journey where I felt the MCs pain and struggle and deep yearning. It did a brilliant job or describing what depression can look and sometimes feel like. It created a story that was easy to be seen in the mind of the reader.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is sublime. This whole series is the absolute gold standard for erotic romance in my opinion. Her emphasis on the spirituality found in sex make these stories extra special. This one might be my favorite. There’s still another Bell brother. I hope that means another book.
