In the weeks since Temel's departure, things have only escalated. Presumed dead, someone must head to the castle and fight back. That someone is Zorana, the head of the mercenary outfit. But is there something she is hiding from the others? Is she truly prepared to face the horrors that lurk within the castle? And what does she know of ... the Spire?

Inhuman beasts crawl within its clutches, having appeared alongside a mysterious castle. Where did they come from? How does one make an entire castle appear overnight? Why has it appeared in paintings that have been long since completed? And what, if anything, does the instigator of this strangenes want? These are all questions the detective, Temel, seeks to answer as he investigates this castle, drawing ever nearer to ... the Spire.

With a spiked arm swinging by her side, and followed by the skittering, spidery Gelnora, Zorana charged toward the mountain where the bat-monster Temel and the mercenary Essi eyed each other cautiously. The monster and the mercenary would have no choice but to work together, especially with the vengeful Zorana moving ever closer. Will they be able to strike a blow against the Agrising Comminate? Or have they underestimated the strength of ... the Spire?
