Today I am going to be taking you through a self talk script that will focus on the practice of gratitude
I chose to write and include this script within my latest book of which focuses on many aspects connected to the theme of love because gratitude is one of the foundational steps in raising your vibrational frequency in order to feel so many positive emotions in life such as self love
I believe that it is so important to take the time to acknowledge and appreciate all the blessings and positive aspects of your life.

By practicing gratitude, you can also cultivate a greater sense of self-worth and self-love, as you recognise the value and beauty within yourself.
