Today as we embrace the month of December I am going to be taking you through a guided positive self talk script that will focus on the practice of mindfulness
I chose to write this script because the practice of mindfulness and being present in the moment has been a huge part of my own journey, my own growth and my own evolvement.
The simplest definition for mindfulness is the art of noticing.
To live in a state of mindfulness means to be aware and present in this current moment, allowing you to notice what’s going on within and outside of you.
Mindfulness is also rooted in non-judgment, which means that instead of forming opinions about what you see, you simply notice with objective, non-judgmental awareness.
