Invite yourself 
To come inside,
Beneath a canopy of peace
And enduring calm.

PAUSE

And let your body open up,
Open to a current of relaxation,
That gently flows
Through all of you.

PAUSE

Stay with the wave,
As it twists and turns,
Bringing greater stillness
To you,
Greater peace.

PAUSE

Now, let your heart open,
Just like a new bud in spring,
As its petals unfold,
To reveal a divine flower.

PAUSE

And as your heart blossoms,
Rising in you,
Is an air of happiness
A feeling of total
Celebration.

It is time to celebrate you.

PAUSE 

So, let the celebration begin!

Let it dance through you, 
Shimmying about,
Unlocking all of your joy
From every tiny atom of you.

PAUSE

Feel the celebration in your core,
Lighting it up,
Feeding you with positive energy
And more joy.

PAUSE

And breathe, now,
Breathe deep into your core,
Deep into the dance party 
Of joy.

PAUSE

And allow the celebration 
To wiggle your legs,
Releasing their stress and pain,
And letting them tap, tap, tap,
To their own rhythm of joy.

PAUSE

And, let your head and neck,
Swivel and turn,
Enlivened by 
the new energy
Running through you.

PAUSE

Breathe again.
Slow and deep,
Until the breath
Fans out to 
Every part of you.

PAUSE

And as the breath spreads,
It carries the celebration with it,
Filling you with the joy
To last your day.
