In today's episode on Root Awakening: Health Podcast, we are talking with Priscilla Willett. Priscilla is our certified strength training and nutrition coach here at root awakening. She mixes mental health awareness, vulnerability, and individuality with physical fitness and nutrition. She is a phenomenal writer and a published poet with six books in the works. In this episode, Priscilla talks about vulnerability, coaching, children and coaching, teamwork and leading teams. We talk about using fitness as an outlet and listening to your body when it comes to working out. She also talks about working out with an injury, athletes, physical therapy after surgery, and pushing through limiting beliefs. She shares some of her stories about working with athletes and people from the olympics. Towards the end of the episode we talk about gaining confidence, mixing mental health and physical health, mental health and working out.
