In this episode, Dr. Perry tells us about the importance of the lymphatic system, bodily waste removal, and behaviors that contribute to a malfunctioning filtration system in the body. We talk about the misconception of isolated injuries, isolated healing, and the meaning of chasing pain. He talks about pacing yourself with lifestyle changes, and the commonly overlooked problem of bodily toxin removal. Towards the end of the episode, Dr. Perry touches base on self love, self worth, and conscious and subconscious pain.
