One of the styles of yoga that Danea teaches is Buti Yoga. Danea describes blend of power vinyasa with dynamic movement added on top, like beat driven movement and primal movement, and also adds in cardio and plyometric strength training. In this episode Danea tells us more about what Buti Yoga is, why buti yoga is such a unique and transformative practice, how we can use buti yoga to clear out chakras, heal energetically and connect to spirituality. Danea goes into detail about why the movements made in buti can release suppressed energy and trauma, and she talks about how buti yoga is for every strength level, every level of flexibility, whether you have no rhythm or a lot of rhythm you can start practicing buti. Danea also tells us why she has decided to withdrawal from accessing the 4D and 5D.
