Today Coach James & I talk about a super fun topic of the three stages of a CrossFit Athlete. Being in this fitness methodology for over 10 years we experienced all the highs and all the lows. First stage is "I don't think I belong here." This is where you are super cautious and not sure why you are even here so you play it safe. Stage 2 is "I am going to the CrossFit Games." This is where you go from working out 3x per week to 18 over night and you experience the struggle of a CrossFit Athlete. Lots of changes her and learning that happens in this stage. Ultimately you find a new level of respect for these athletes because of the amount of work and sacrifice that takes place. The 3rd stage is "I am doing this for longevity." You soon realize that being recked everyday might not be the ultimate path and new exciting principles are added into your fitness philosophy. In this episode we share those new philosophies that will greatly impact your experience in your health journey.
