Today we got to talk to Gus, who has been a member with us for about a month but had such an amazing story of how fitness saved his life that I had to share it with you guys. If you get a chance to meet Gus you will find number one that his fit, but number two probably one the kindest and positively driven person I have met for quite a long time. This topic today is one not a lot of people talk about but so many struggle with these same issues. We go deep in discussion about extreme depression, high anxiety, and even suicidal tendencies. How can one person overcome all of this and not only survive it but become an entirely different person in the process. I hope you guys get a ton out of this as much as I did.
