Close your eyes tonight,

And enter the sacred world of sleep,

The magical place of dreams. 

Where you’re replenished with love,

And your subconscious plays,

It’s so much more than it seems.

Here you’ll see visions,

Of stars and lights and friends,

Dancing a ballet just for you.

It may not make sense,

To your conscious mind,

But that doesn't mean it’s not true.

PAUSE…

The world on this side,

Of reality, you see,

Have rules that feel like cement.

But in the sacred world of sleep,

No rules apply,

What you experience is yours to invent.

So feel your body here,

Melting into your bed,

And let yourself relax even more.

Let the day go,

As it releases from your breath,

And open yourself to restore.

What’s waiting inside,

The sacred world of sleep,

Pure love, truth and deep trust.

To freedom and stardust.
