Everything is hard.
Losing weight.
Working out.
Being disciplined.
Tracking your food.
Getting stronger.
Being consistent.
Being patient.
The list goes on.
All that stuff that gets you to a better place is gong to be hard.
But you can’t forget how hard this stuff is too...
Being fat.
Being weak.
Dying early.
Being tired.
Being unhealthy.
Not inspired.
Being unhappy.
IMO that stuff is even harder.
So it’s a matter of choosing your hard because everything is hard.
