[27:21] Dietary Dogma: Metabolic Health •       Avoid dogmatic dietary adherence; prioritize metabolic health and flexibility. •       Embrace cyclical nutrition, considering seasonal and local foods. •       Gradual reintroduction of carbohydrates can be beneficial for metabolic flexibility. •       Incorporate light exposure, especially UVA and UVB, to support neurotransmitter balance. •       Combining carb reintroduction with light exposure can help individuals transition without fear of binge eating.  [34:44] Nutrition, Circadian Rhythm, and Red Light Therapy •       Reduce sunglass usage during daylight to benefit from natural light exposure. •       Carefully balance macronutrients, avoiding high-fat and high-carb meals together. •       Utilize red light therapy on the abdomen to support gut health and hormonal balance. •       Implement circadian rhythm strategies, such as grounding and blocking blue light at night.
