Some of the things I learned from completing this:
You are capable of so much more than you actually even know.
The unspoken bond between you and everyone else battling through their own pain/struggle/suffering is what connects us as humans.
We inspire one another to push through our pain thresholds we place on ourselves, but it starts within us first.
We should always strive to push past our self-limiting beliefs to actualize our potential and consistently challenge our mind, body, and soul to discover how much more we are actually capable of as frequently as we can.
Intentionally putting ourselves through difficult challenges consistently and overcoming them consistently prepares us for harder things that life unexpectedly throws our way.
