I asked Dirk, “What’s the general response from leaders?” “I’ve been inspired with what they have to say … They’re doing all of this with heart.” This tough time creates an opportunity for organizations to get back to their purpose. To focus on their values. Organizations need to realign with their true north.  During these tough times, it’s important that new leaders don’t try to “do it all alone … Now is not the time to shelter in place.” It’s also important to think longer term.
