PAUSE

So let out a deep belly breath, and on your next inhale,

allow the morning air to fill your lungs up with love.  

LONG PAUSE

Breath here,

and feel the stillness of the morning. 

PAUSE

Notice how much love,

and admiration is surrounding you,

just waiting for you to start your day. 

LONG PAUSE

Can you make room with your exhales,

and breathe in fullness and love on your inhales. 

PAUSE

Not forcing any pattern or rhythm with your breath, 

just surrendering to its natural cadence, 

And observing. 

PAUSE 

Breathe as your thoughts float away,  

And love starts to make its way to you. 

LONG PAUSE 

Invite the morning in,

and love comes with it.

PAUSE

Breathe as this love bubbles, 

And relax deeper into your meditation as the morning carries the love closer and closer to you. 

PAUSE

Observing how your body feels, 

And the love that exists within your morning.

PAUSE

This morning is yours, 

to give love,

To receive love,

To be love.
