Description
Your body after you have had a baby is different, it looks different, it feels different, it may not even feel like yours right away and our minds, well they are practically rewired. The postpartum changes are often considered negatively or as something we must correct urgently. But how about we respect this journey, accept our feelings and allow our postpartum bodies and minds to become the strongest versions of ourselves instead of punishing them or outing them down. Easier said than done? Perhaps.
This week I am joined by Chloe Madeley, @madeleychloe, mum to her gorgeous baby girl Bodhi, personal trainer and best-selling author to name just a few achievements. Having heard Chloe speak so honestly about the realities of pregnancy and postpartum change I am really looking forward to chatting some more real talk with her.
Please remember to subscribe and I hope you enjoyed listening.

During pregnancy and birth women’s body’s are devoted to growing, nurturing and birthing their baby and to do so they undergo huge physiological and psychological changes so it is important we return to exercise in a sensible and safe way in the postpartum.

Guidance seems to be very generalised and there exists a huge amount of vague and confusing information around the processes of postpartum exercise so I am thrilled to be joined on this week’s episode by Wendy Powell the founder and CEO of MUTU system and a woman who is as passionate as I am about supporting women to embrace safe exercise in a way that will enhance their health and by Midwife Pip Podcast
