Description
Ok team, I see you! Many of you really valued my previous episode on Cleaning Up After An Emotional Storm. If you’re curious to dive even deeper, then you’re going to want to listen up!
In this episode, I dive into the topic of emotional baggage and the process of unpacking it. Building on my previous episode, I emphasize that trauma is not just what happens to us, but also what happens inside of us as a result.
Emotional baggage can weigh us down and affect our relationships and careers, leading to self-sabotage and ultimately feeling stuck.
Unpacking our emotional baggage is MESSY, kind of like the process of moving! It requires attention, energy, and quite a bit of effort. It may get worse before it gets better, but growth lies in embracing the process and committing to your personal transformation.
Patience, consistency, and identifying what needs to be kept or thrown away is essential! This journey takes time, and I want you to recognize that time alone doesn't heal wounds. By showing up, even when it's hard, we can gradually transform our lives, let go of patterns that no longer serve us, and uncover our true selves.
If this sounds like something that would benefit your life, tune in!

I really want to help you master your inner game so that you can create and empowered relationship with money and attract more of it. So I gave my friend Alyssa Hammond to dive into this topic with me.
