Description
Achievements and attention often seem to invite that one person who wants to contradict or devalue you. They come out of the woodwork, sometimes appearing friendly at first, and end up undermining something you're proud of. The truth is: there's little you can do to stop or change this person. But with the right mindset, you can use these moments to help you navigate your emotions and remember where you've been, who you are now, and why you are stronger than the others' projected negativity.
In this episode, I talk about how I've learned to handle haters and how it's helped me live a happier, less stressful life.

They had audacious dreams and one day they decided to chase them. When the Wright brothers decided they wanted to fly and built the first airplane do you know how stupid they looked to everyone that said it couldn't be done? They looked stupid...and then they soared. Literally. In this episode I discuss why it's so important to take big risks, why millennials get such a bad rep and the miracle that happened when I said "Yes" to following my dream.
