Description
The past few weeks have brought on a lot of stress for many Americans. And with many cities throughout the country ordered to stay at home as much as possible, many have had to personally deal with the emotions surrounding the uncertainty of their futures. On this episode, I talk candidly about the 6 ways we might be suppressing our emotions, and possibly without even knowing it.
