9:14pm – Welcome to July and we also welcome back first Tuesday of the month regular guest, Malcom Reed. Malcom missed last month because of a sporting event but he’s back and better than ever tonight and we will cover a bunch of topics to include his new 2022 fundraiser for The Palmer Home, a 4th of July recap, a Memphis in May recap, using mayo as a binder and much more!
9:35pm – As you may or may not know, last week was the finale of the BBQ Central Show American Idol segment where Rusty Monson and I sang live to win the championship for this season. The votes are in and there in a NEW champion ready to be crowned. Somehow, Rusty is actually available again tonight and we will have him on for the big reveal. If you missed the show last week, we will have a brief recap of the songs and then we will get into the results portion of the show. As you all know, the winner get $250,000 and a 5 year recording contract with BBQCS Records, Inc. (none of that is true) so the stakes are really high! Don’t miss who is crowned 2022 champion!
