Description

In today’s episode, Emily has a show favorite on, Tommy Vext. The two friends discuss various forms of addiction, from food to drugs and alcohol, toxic relationships, to even being addicted to your phone. Tommy shares some of his experience with things he has struggled with in the past and what’s helped him. They also discuss some of the current events going on in the world and the both agree that it can be very hard to trust what you are hearing and seeing. It’s important to do your own research and have discernment in the times we are living in. It can be difficult to shut off what’s going on but it’s important for your mental health to do that. There needs to be a healthy balance of living in the real world and being on your phone, and that’s what the two talk about in this episode.    Follow Tommy on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/freetommyvext   Evolve X Coaching & Mentorship Program APPLY HERE: https://forms.gle/j5YSH44sSsYq961i9 FAQs:  https://www.emilyhaydenfitness.com SUPPORT THE SHOW HERE All my links: https://linktr.ee/emilyhayden Instagram | YouTube  My favorite supplements www.1stphorm.com/EmilyHaydenFitness Bay Breeze music courtesy of the artist, FortyThr33
