Description

I got my hands on an early copy of Kimberly Johnson’s new book, Call of the Wild, and basically lost my mind. So much insight into the cultural impacts on women and their bodies, why the most intense solution isn’t the best, and why trauma is even *more* normal than we think… and may be very much in the way of understanding what we’re really craving.   Kimberly Johnson is a Sexological Bodyworker, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, yoga teacher trainer, postpartum advocate and single mom. She helps women heal from birth injuries, gynecological surgeries and sexual boundary violations. She is the author of early mothering classic The Fourth Trimester, as well as Call of the Wild: How We Heal Trauma, Awaken Our Own Power, and Use It for Good.   If you want to know more about Kimberly, you can follow her on Instagram and Facebook, you can find her on her website, and listen to her podcast Magamama.   I’m also obsessed with knowing all about you, so please follow (and DM!)  me on Instagram, Facebook and my website. We’re in this together and the journey is going to be so awesome. Produced by Dear Media
