Welcome to What You’re Craving! In this get-to-know-you first date episode I explain the ins and outs of me - I’m a long time eating disorder and addiction therapist who has had a pretty gnarly journey struggling in a destructive relationship with food. I was trying everything I could get my hands on to heal and living a double life as an eating disorder therapist with a serious eating disorder. Now I have had this really amazing recovery where I've changed my life and helped lots of others do the same. If I could only tell you one thing, it’s that healing, growth and changing your life for good is absolutely possible.   My goal is to stop talking about all of the obvious things that come with eating disorders and addictions, that seem to be getting us sicker and sicker. I deeply understand that the root of our problems aren’t simply the problems themselves (food, alcohol, relationships, social media), but something deeper that we’re craving. And that’s what we’re going to do together - learn, grow, connect, laugh (a lot I hope) and truly heal.   I’m also obsessed with knowing all about you, so please follow (and DM!)  me on Instagram, Facebook and my website.
