We revisit a conversation that Rick Sanchez and Scotty Mednick had with Motivational Speaker and ex-Olympic athlete Ruben Gonzalez where they discussed the importance of being consistently disciplined in order to succeed.  Gonzalez affirmed that success was a decision that you had to make daily and that you had to be consistent and persistent in order to achieve it.  Sanchez stated that discipline was similar to a chain and every link was a positive habit that you had to repeat every day.  Everyone agreed that the only things that you could control in the business world were how hard you worked, how disciplined you were, and how persistent you were in going after your goals.
