Rick Sanchez welcomes show producer Scotty Mednick and Motivational Speaker and ex-Olympic athlete Ruben Gonzalez to discuss the importance of being consistently disciplined in order to succeed.  Gonzalez affirms that success is a decision you have to make daily and you must be consistent and persistent in order to achieve it.  Sanchez states that discipline is similar to a chain and every link is a positive habit that you must repeat every day. Goals become plans and plans become action.  Everyone agrees that the only things that you can control in the business world are how hard you work, how disciplined you are, and how persistent you are in going after your goals.  If you come up with an excuse for not succeeding, make it a good one because you will have to live with it for the rest of your life.
