Rick Sanchez and show producer Jerry Benavides discuss the process of getting yourself properly motivated to successfully initiate and complete the important projects in your life.  The key to getting yourself going is to not overthink it and not make things bigger in your head than they really are.  The biggest detriment to achieving goals is “paralysis by analysis.”  Sanchez identifies a series of easy steps that can help get you going which include; removing negative triggers like social media that might distract you, creating aspirational reminders for yourself, taking time to step outside to reset, and forgiving yourself if you have setbacks along the way.  Every journey begins with one small step, but that first step can sometimes be the hardest one to take.
